  1. Check your hardware. Rack Row is only meant to be used with power racks that have solid attached safety arms. Do not use with rolling bars or straps. Check the weight limit and integrity of your equipment before use.

  2. Measure the width of your rack. Safety arms should be 48 inches or less outside edge to outside edge.
